Preservation of your privacy is important to us and we are committed to letting you know how we use your personal information. Information which identifies you personally will be utilised only to provide the services you require and for providing you with information about our products and services. It will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without your permission unless we are required to do so by law. Postage and Packaging

Above the maximum weight we will use a courier service and advice you of the weight prior to despatch of the order

Delivery Schedule

Usually deliveries should arrive within 3-5 working days after the goods have been despatched. We cannot guarantee that this will always be the case especially when some goods that are ordered are out of stock - although we will endeavour to comply with the delivery schedule by providing comparable sweets.

Return Policy

Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt to 39 High Street, Pateley Bridge, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG3 5JZ. Please return products with receipt, your contact details and an explanation of the problem. You will be refunded in full subject to abiding by the terms and conditions.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused through postage such as climatic conditions affecting the product. We make sure that all items are in perfect condition before they are sent to you.

Nut and Other Allergies

As the making of sweets may involve using the same production line for products with or without nuts we cannot guarantee traces of nuts will not be present in ANY sweet. Please bare this is mind if you suffer from other forms of allergies.
The ingredients of most sweets we despatch will not be listed.
