Boiled Sweets

Traditional boiled sweets, usually hard all the way through,sometimes containing a chewy centre. Made the traditional way in copper pans, natural flavouring & colourings are added to the boiled sugar which is pulled by hand when cooled. Pear Drops, Rhubarb and Custard, Aniseed Balls to name a few!
